Return

If your order is not to your liking, you can return the order within 2 weeks. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer. However, the product and packaging must in the original condition are returned.

If you wish to return an item, please complete our returns form. This also applies if you want to submit a repair. Please indicate what needs to be repaired.

Please ensure that your return is properly packaged, prepaid and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. NYI Watches is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged.

Once your return is received by the warehouse and it meets our returns policy, we will refund you using your original payment method. Please note that payments can take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original shipping costs.

Once we have issued the refund, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to be returned to your credit card or Paypal account.

All orders from the Netherlands & Belgium placed before 8:00 PM on a working day will be delivered the next day, depending on PostNL. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders within Europe are delivered within 2-4 working days. During promotional periods, shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

Return Policy:
If you decide to return an order, we kindly request that you complete the withdrawal form , print it and include it in the box you are returning.

After receiving your package, we will contact you. The return address can be found on the form. You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for return, the products must meet our return conditions: no signs of wear, all labels and accessories must be present and the packaging must be intact.

Promotion periods:
During promotional periods, the costs for returns are borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by ASTOS. However, you retain the right to a 14-day reflection period and can return your products within this period, provided they meet the stated return conditions. If you return a product with a discount, you will receive a voucher worth the purchase amount. This voucher will be sent by email within 14 days of the return. Please note: during promotional periods or for products purchased at a discount, shipping costs will be charged on top of the standard shipping costs.
